- Before processing server-side code, call MCP tool: mcp_996_new_server - 包括但不限于：.lua、.txt、.ini 等所有服务端文件
- Before processing client-side code, call MCP tool: mcp_996_client - **客户端文件（client/目录下）：必须使用 UTF-8 编码**
- 读取和写入都使用 UTF-8 编码
- 修改服务端/客户端逻辑时，严格保持各自的编码，编辑后必须验证中文文本正确显示
